2016 is coming to an end...

It is all very upsetting to think that Christmas decorations are starting to be packed away and Christmas food finished and everything Christmas has got to wait until next year. But this now means that it is time to turn over a new leaf and make 2017 a year we want to treasure forever because once it is gone there will never be one alike it. This thought crossed my mind the other day when I was dwelling o the fact that never again will the year 2016 exist and never will I be able to re-do anything I regret, so this year I am going to make resolutions and stick to them (even if it is only for the first two-three months) By turning over a new leaf I don't mean moving to another country, changing my name and paying £millions on plastic surgery to make me look like a different. Turning over a new leaf means to make goals and fulfil them before 2018 comes around. For most one of these goals has something to do with losing or gaining weight. Most even aspire to go to the gym three times a week (and blah blah blah) But I want to turn over a new leaf in the way I act and the way I could be a better friend  or have a nicer personality (ironing out the lumps and bumps).
This year I hope to achieve:
  1. I want to be able to do the splits on both legs. The reason I want to be able to do the splits on  both legs is because I love dance and to make it easier I need to have better flexibility. To achieve I am going to stretch every single day unless I am ill or busy but everyone's muscles and bodies need a day off sometimes.
  2. I want to exit my comfort zone (occasionally). I don't what to suddenly start taking drugs or do anything dangerous but I actually mean, that I want to do things that maybe I felt uncomfortable about before (school assemblies). I have a problem with feeling trapped and I stress. I am not sure why but it means that in assemblies or anything enclosed like that I sit right at the end, just in case. Luckily, I have the bestest friends anyone could wish for and they sit and the end/edges with me. I want to start acting like normal girls my age who don't care abut things like this and are happy to get on long plane journeys and like assemblies and sleep overnight in each other's caravans. At the moment I could not do anything like that but, I hope that from 2017 onwards I will be able to. A party I am going to will be testing if I can because last time I went I felt the need to stay outside in the freezing cold the whole evening but this time I have decided that I am going to be inside with the music and having a good time like everyone else instead of what I was doing last time.
I know there isn't many but I think that means that I have more of a chance of  achieving them. I hope you had a fantastic Christmas xx
What are your New Years Resolutions?

Gingerbread Cheesecake truffles: Perfect For A Christmas Party

On the 17th of December I celebrated friendmas. (Friendmas is Christmas but with your friends)For this occasion I wanted to do some baking and make some special treats. I made Gingerbread Cheesecake Truffles. I used the recipe from a well-know youtuber Zoella. Zoella made hers more like cake pops on a stick but I wanted to put mine in little homemade cupcake cases because I thought it would look cute (but you can do either: I will link the video at the bottom)
This is what mine look like:

What you will need:
  1. a mixing bowl
  2. a table spoon
  3. ginger biscuits
  4. white chocolate
  5. small sauce pan
  6. a small bowl you can heat
Recipe:
  1. Crush your ginger biscuits. I put mine in a plastic bag and bashed them with a rolling pin but if you have something like a nutribullet you can just put them into that. (in the picture is only half the amount of gingerbread I used in the bag because I did too lots of whacking)

 2. Once crushed into small crumbs pour out into a mixing bowl. In this bit you are going to get your hands sticky. Place a big tablespoon dollop of cream cheese and using your hands mix it in. It should only just form a ball.

3. I used an ice cream scoop to form the balls which I put into a tiny muffin tin with squares of baking paper making little muffin cases.

4. Then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. I was having dinner whilst they were in the freezer so I think it was over 30 minutes but they still kept there shape. Once 30 minutes is up, get them and out and break some chocolate it a heatproof dish and start to melt it. You want to melt it so that it is completely melted but be careful not to heat it too much. (I found that three bars wasn't quite enough)

5. Once the chocolate is melted. I used a spoon to drizzle my chocolate on but if you wanted you could take them out of the cases using a cocktail stick and dip them in and then place them back in the case which is a good idea but I wouldn't be able to tell you is that would work or not because I drizzled it on.

6. Once all cheesecakes are covered place them in the fridge until you want to eat them!!!!! (I would suggest leaving in the fridge for a least 2 hours!!

I hope you make these scrumptious party treats and enjoy them as much as my family loved them!!

Wondering what to get your Friends for Christmas?

Every Christmas, it is always a struggle to find things to buy your family and friends so here are some ideas:

  1. A Cosy Kit:
I think a Cosy Kit is something really cute to get best friends because you could make it really cute by giving each other matching slippers, socks and some personalised items. You could put some lip balms, hand creams face masks or even a hot chocolate sachet and a packet of marshmallows. This doesn't have to been expensive at all because at the moment there are a lot of sales and there is also stores like Primark which are actually good products for a cheaper price. You could also put in some bathing products; bath bombs, bubble, bath salts etc. You could then put all of it wrapped individually and in either a Christmas box or a gift bag or in a stack with a ribbon round or if you just got some lip balms, socks and hand cream you could put it in a jar and tie a ribbon round.

     2.  Inside Joke:

So, all friendships have jokes which every time you say them you both cry with laughter. A good present idea would be too find something which relates too an inside joke. for example: if you have an inside joke about doughnuts I know that in Topshop they have a glittery 3D doughnut decoration which would be perfect. If you got a phew doughnut themed presents and pop it in a cute gift bag.

     3. Indoor Furnishings:

A good conversation starter and present idea is to ask your friend what their dream bedroom would look like and what they would change and what cushions and soft furnishings they would have, the colour of the room etc. And then make it your mission to find something they would like in their dream bedroom. for example: if they want a cottagey sort of feel with leather and white sheets with sheepskin rugs and fur, then a good idea might be to get them a white duvet with a one or two faux fur cushions and a fluffy blanket.

     4. Christmas Essential Gifts:

I absolutely LOVE Christmas and December so Christmas essentials for me might be different to others but I feel that everyone needs: a Christmas jumper, decorations and of course the smell of Christmas EVERY WHERE...  so you  could make a little Christmas package and get a Christmas jumper, some tinsel and a Christmas candle or bath bomb or diffuser. And then top it with a really festive Christmas card.

     5. Favourite Things:

If our friends have a favourite thing then you should get them that but if it is something you can't  afford then find something that represents it which is cheaper: for example they love Disney then instead of buying something from Disney stores just go to Primark and buy them some Disney clothes from there which is a lot cheaper.

     6. Homemade gifts:

Homemade gifts can be either bakes, stitched or painted. I am not very good at painting at all but sewing and baking I am good enough at to make gifts. This year I am planning on making some salted caramel chewies for everyone in my class which will take the whole day to bake but they are mostly heating in a pan and then putting in the fridge.(if you want a recipe comment below and I will make it my next post) A few Christmas's' ago I made my brother a Christmas jumper with bells and 3D glasses. You don't have to make something like this you could make some gingerbread men or you could stitch a little Christmas tree with bells as baubles and some glittery ribbon as tinsel etc.

So here are 6 ideas which you could do for your friends for Christmas.  If you do any of these ideas send me a picture on twitter: @maybe_i_am_dot
Hope you are feeling festive and I will see you soon!!

An Obsession with...

hey I am very happy to say that we have reached 530!!!!! thank you sooo much xx if you find me and my life interesting please go and follow me it will mean a lot!!...

At the moment I am obsessed with everything fluffy. At first I thought you know this is healthy to see something soft in a shop window walk in and stroke it but now I realise that that isn't normal. In my bedroom at the moment I have: 1 Pote Usa Loppy (if you don't know what one of them is google it because I freakin' love them) 1 fluffy cream throw 1 woolly (again google it) 1 sloth/monkey toy 1 fluffy cushion 1 homemade mermaid tail made of an old fleece blanket a pair of fluffy slippers with huge pom pom's on etc. I am also on the search of a big fluffy cushion which doesn't cost a lot for my room. fluff (when soft) makes me happy so why should I stop what I love. I really want a fleece lined denim jacket also fairly cheap but it is hard to find a cheaper alternative one when I have fallen in love with a £65 one from Topshop. it is not just me in my house hold which is obsessed with soft fluffy things my guinea pigs are obsessed with there fleecey cat bed type things they LOVE them.
please tell me I am not the only one

let me know what you are obsessed with as we enter my favourite season
63 days till Christmas!!!!

School Trip & Thank You Bestie

This week I went on two school trips:- Western Super Mare and Bristol Zoo.
I had been to Bristol zoo but couldn't really remember Western Super Mare because I went when I was younger with my family.
On the morning of Bristol I came in to school feeling very anxious and like I was going t vomit. So, when I got into school I went straight to the toilet with my best friend. Then when we came back out and got into the form room I went straight over to the windows stuck my face out and started to breathe way too fast and burst into tears luckily no-one saw except my best friend and I kept saying I am going home take me to wellbeing and she refused to which meant that she helped me go and we had a really nice time although, we did have complete loves of work for art so I just drew awful sketches and hoped they wouldn't care. Because of how my friend was with me, I found the trip to Western soooo much easier and we spent the whole journey there and back listening to ABBA and mouthing and dancing along to the songs. (that was the highlight of the trip)

Sorry for not posting for a while I just have had a lot of homework so haven't had much time but I am back and hoping to carry on the every weekend plan.

Purple Ombre Birthday Cake!

It was my Mum's birthday and I had seen an image on Pinterest of an Ombre cake and my mum saw and image and really liked it so I took it upon myself to make one with purple because that is her favourite colour. I found it was quite a sweet cake, I would advise you to do less sugar if you are not someone who likes sweet things like me. This worked out really well for me and as the sponge mostly came out of the oven looking normal I didn't know if it had worked until we cut into it.

Ingredients:
Cake:
Either 18cm tins or 20 cm (if 18 5 layers if 20 4 layers)
355g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
225ml milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
400g caster sugar ( I would suggest same amount as flour 355g)
225g unsalted butter or salted
4 medium eggs
food colouring
Icing:
500g icing sugar
250g salted butter

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180'c. Grease cake tins with baking parchment and butter. Weigh a empty large bowl which you will use for the main  mixture (sugar and butter are first things to go in it) and make a note of the weight.
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon.
  3. In a measuring jug mix the milk and vanilla extract together with either or fork or spoon.
  4. Using an electric mixer on a low speed mix the butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Once blended increase speed and beat until pale and creamy.
  5. Reduce speed to medium and low and beat in the eggs one at a time making sure to beat well between.
  6. (this is quite complicated to explain) You want to add 1/4 of the flour mix and mix it into the sugar an butter then add 1/3 of the milk and vanilla mix and mix well. repeat this step until all of both mixtures have been used and mixed well.
  7. Measure the bowl of mixture and subtract the weight of the bowl empty from the weight of the bowl with the mixture in. Then divide the number left by either 5 or 4 depending on the size of the cake tin. I got 353g per bowl. So you need to put "353g" of mixture into 4 or 5 bowls.
  8. you then want to add as much food colouring to each bowl as you think needed to make an even ombre of purple. Once happy with the colour pour the mixture into your cake tins, I only had the one cake tin so I had to put in the cake mixture one at a time. You then one to bake them I the oven for 15- 20 minutes and leave them to cool in the tins for 5 minutes before removing them to put on a cool rack.
1. You want to leave the cake's to cool until all of them are stone cold and ready to ice. You need to  get out the butter and set it aside roughly half an  hour before you start to make the icing and chop it into small cubes.
2. In a large mixing bowl beat the butter on a high  speed until smooth and fluffy.
3. Reduce the speed to medium low and gradually add in the icing sugar. Once all combined increase the speed to high and beat until pale and fluffy. If needed add a bit of salt.
4. Once the cakes are stone cold trim the tops so they are even and make sure they are even around the edges. Then decide which order you want your cakes to go in I went from light - dark. Then place some icing smoothly and roughly even on top of all the layers except the top one and then layer up your cake.
5. Then crumb coat your cake (do a smooth thin layer of icing all over the sides and top) then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
6. Then using the left over icing I added food colouring to and then piped it on the top and "smeared" it round the sides. And then shook hundreds and thousands all over it. a top tip for hundreds and thousands would be too do it when it is on a plate so the hundreds and thousands go on the plate not on the floor which is very difficult to clean up.

So I hope you attempt this cake and you can even add some variety to change it up. Maybe add some sprinkles in the centre.

My DIY Life Planner: Erin Condren Inspired

At the weekend I watched a video about Erin Condren life planner's: https://www.erincondren.com/lifeplanner
I had never seen them before and fell in love. But because 1. I do not live in USA it would cost about £10 for delivery on top of the £40 for the actual thing. As this is too expensive I looked in to making my own.
1. I found some roughly A4 sized pieces of cardboard and covered it in strips of wrapping to make a striped effect. As I wanted it to have some metallic gold I coloured the dots in gold using a gold sharpie. I then bought a huge roll of sticky back plastic for £1 from STAPLES and put that on to protect it.
2. Then I went onto my old computer and went onto google and found some quotes that I liked which I could stick onto pretty paper.

3. I then wanted a Notes page where I could write things so I inserted lines and put a big headin with the words NOTES:
4. on the page next to it I put a reminders table. This reminders table has 3 columns one for the reminder another for the time and the last for the date. I did it in different colours to make sure each column stood out.
5. Then I made tables for each month. These also have a notes box. I went onto google and found cute headings for each month. But the reason the lines are darker is because when I printed it out not all the lines had printed so I needed to draw some on but I didn't have the right pen so I had to draw over the top of all the lines.

.

6. I made a goal and achievements page which consists of two tables one for goals and one for achievements. I made this as there is one like this in the Erin Condren Life Planner. It is colour co-ordinated for prettiness and because that was my chosen theme.

 7. I then had a random ideas page because sometimes I and everyone has random ideas and I thought
if you had a page to note them down on you can look back on them and laugh.
8. The present ideas page is for when I have an idea for someone for a gift e.g. my aunty, cath kidston pen, Christmas.

 9. Then I had another Notes and quote pages
 10. I bought a cheep 52 paged week planner from a stationary shop.
11. I then had a page for my to- do lists and then a column next to it which can fit a tick in which says Done. Obviously, it is colour co-ordinated for prettiness and to fit with my theme.
12. on the next page I have a doodle page where when I feel like drawing I can flick to that page and doodle. I got the heading off google images and I love it.

 13. I them went to STAPLES to have the wire put on and it cost me about £3-£4, but because the card I used was too thick I had to have a piece of white card put on the front and back so that I could stick my cover onto that piece of white card.
I hope you enjoyed this post and if you make one send me a picture on twitter: @maybe_i_am_dot
I am aiming to post every weeken and I am sooo grateful for the 250 views... THANK YOU xx

My Holiday Trip With My Best Friend

Day 1
On the 7th I woke up at 7:00am had breakfast and my mum drove me over to my friends house. We got there at 9:30am. We then packed my friend's dad's car. I had a pink case and a rucksack. On the way to a Travellodge where we were staying the night (which turned out to be three minutes away from the actual location) we went to Puxton Park. Puxton Park is a farm park with a few ride type things e.g these on the water bumper boats with squirting buttons where you squirt random people and get soaked. It has also got  a lake where you can zorb or go on rowing boats. We went in a rowing boat and little did I know that my friends dad cannot row so my friend and I were about 10 cm away from being in the water and there was an island which we kept crashing into. It was sooooo scary and we were hysterical. In the farm shop they have their they sell lots of random flavoured stick's of rock. I had never had a Stick of Rock so I thought it was about time I did try one. I bought an ice cream flavoured one and it was very very Nice. We then made our way to the Travellodge and the SatNav directed us to a road without a Travellodge so we had to kinda make up the route to where it is. We got lost for an hour down a very hilly country road. Eventually we found it. In the Travellodge room there was a double bed in the middle and then two single beds on either side. My friend and I slept in the double bed and my friend's parents slept on the singles. As it was either a Little Chef or a Burger King for dinner we went to The Little Chef. Although, I am not vegetarian I had a vegetable Cottage pie which was really YUMMY. My friend had trapped wind so we were all embarrassing her as much as possible. We then came home and watched the Olympics until late.

Day 2
I woke up at 7am so I started to get ready because my friends parents and my friend woke up at 8:30am. We went to Little Chef for breakfast and I had a Pain au Chocolat. We then drove three minutes down the road and got to The Manor House Hotel, Okehampton, Devon. When we got there as we couldn't check in till 3:00pm we went and signed up to our weeks activities. We then went to a room called Gamezone until lunch. Gamezone is basically a place where they have Xbox's, air hockey tables and pool and snooker and table football. Just before lunch we went in the fun house which is like a play barn. Then we had lunch: I had pasta. We then did some a bisque painting. I bought a little sleeping hedgehog to paint. We then did ten pin bowling and I am really not very good at it and lost everytime. We then went to go and check in and realised that it was super busy at reception so we played a game: spin and shout which I won. We played this in the bar & lounge area. As my friend and I had been craving a swim we went swimming as soon as we got our room  key. Then as our hair was drying we went and played a game of table tennis and my friend's dad is AMAZING. we then went back to the room to dump our wet stuff then went to dinner. I had (surprise, surprise) pasta. Then once our food had settled we went and played badminton.

Day 3
Early Tuesday morning my friend and I went and did glass engraving I engraved a small square plate and I LOVE it. My friend jar drinking glass thing and she really likes hers. The we did a bit more bisque painting before lunch. I had more pasta for lunch. In the afternoon we did Enamelling. Which is basically melting powdered  glass onto copper sheet cut outs. I made a pig for my mum and a deep red apple necklace for myself. Then my friend and I went to a Bollywood class which was energetic and fun. We then went to the funhouse again until dinner. Just before dinner we played a few adventure golf holes I won 3 my friends dad won 4 and my friend won 1 my friends mom didn't win any. We then had dinner: I had pasta. Once our food settled we played Tennis and my friend's dad hit the ball back and it hit the light switch which turned the lights off and it takes 5 minutes before they turn back on again. But it was very fun to finally play.

Day 4
First thing we did after breakfast was bowling then fun house. My friend and I then went to a Barre Fusion class. Barre Fusion is basically a fitness, yoga and stretching class. It was definitely painful the morning after for my friend.  We then all went to the Hydro Spa which is basically hot pools which have jet chairs and massage seats under water. I had my first time in a sauna and steam room and I actually really liked them they were only 40-50 degrees though. We then had lunch. we then went to the funhouse and bowling again. My friend and I then went to a roller disco which my friends mum signed us up too. I found that I can skate pretty well. But my friend clung onto the side the whole time which was quite funny but I think we both had fun, we both got very hot and sweaty. We then went along to Archery and I am sooooo bad at Archery I hit the target when I was supposed to hit something else and vice versa although, when we had to imagine it was pizza and hit it in a certain order I could do it, I am not sure what that says about me as a person though. We then went back to the room to chill until dinner. We then packed after dinner and went to play badminton. After badminton we packed up the car and went to bed.

Day 5
We started the last day activities by going to the funhouse and then we went and did Porcelain Painting. I painted a really beautiful rice spoon for my mum but accidentally dropped it so it broke and I painted my dad an egg cup which had duck feet so I painted it like a duck. My friend and I then went back in the fun house for a bit. The both of us then went to Salsa and it took us a while to loosen up and start using our hips but we did eventually. I had pasta for lunch and then we got in the car and went home. As my friends dad had challenged us all to a 3 hour car journey without going to the loo I didn't use the toilet but we did have to stop at a service station on the way back. When I got home I showed my family everything I had made and told them all about it.

I just wanted to thank my friends family for such an amazing holiday I loved it soo much.
I hope you all are having/had a fabulous summer holiday..

Q&A

  1. How Often Do You Use Your Phone?: Depends because on a school day early in the morning on the bus and then after school for quite a lot of my evening but then at the weekend I would say I use it on average about 6 hours of my day because I catch up on all my YouTube, but as it is the summer I am not using as much I am tending to leave on my bed upstairs and be doing things downstairs.
  2. How many Email Addresses Do You Have?: I have kinda have two, I have one I use only for teacher student communication which the school gave me and I have one which I use for everything else. I don't feel like I need loads for different things.
  3. Describe Your Perfect Day?: My perfect day would either be going to Disneyland with my best friends and staying in the Disney Hotel and the sun's out all day and it isn't very busy so were not queueing all day long or it being a cold cosy Winter's day and I am baking and watching movies under fluffy blankets with my mum.
  4. What Is Your Favourite Childhood Memory?: My Favourite memory is when I went to Disneyland with my family when I was around 6 or 7. The memory is of watching the parade and looking at my family who were all calm and happy with beaming smiles on their faces all singing along to the Parade songs. Then later that day I was running in my Cinderella dress with my dad trying to keep up holding my hand. Surprisingly, my brother was very good that day apart from calling Captain Hook "A Codfish" which meant he chased us all round Disney. I think that day really truly is my Favourite memory.
  5. What Is One Thing You Would Change About Yourself?: I think I would change how organised I am about stuff because it makes means when we go places and do things I get very stressed about it. Unnecessarily stress. The other day my parents asked me to do something and I almost started to cry with stress. So I would want to change that about me although, I am trying.
  6. Would You Prefer To Live In An Urban Or Rural Area?: I would prefer to live in a kinda mash up of the two somewhere like Brighton or a little rural town. This is because I would want to live somewhere rural for safety and it is what I have grown up with but I would also want to be near some sort of civilisation so say I lived in Brighton I would live in a really quite part in which I can walk to town from.
  7. How Do You Think The World Would End?: I think the world would end by the world falling out and everyone blowing up and killing each other.
  8. Where Did You Go On Your Last Vacation?: I actually can't remember because we have been on quite a few but time goes so quickly I can't remember whether it happened this year or the year before.
  9. What Is The First Thing You Do In The Morning?: This sounds so bad for my health or whatever but I check social media and any messages I have received because my wake up alarm is on my phone so I have to turn that off anyway.
  10. If You Could Go Back In Time And Change One Thing, What Would That Be?: I would definitely try my hardest to keep my best friend at the same school because in year 3 or 4 she left because of how many and how big are arguments got I think I would just stop arguing with her and be grateful she was at the same school as me and maybe then she would have stayed at the school and we could have gone to secondary school together.
  11. Would You Rather Be The Most Popular Girl In School or the smartest Girl In School?: I would rather the smartest girl because that doesn't mean I am a nerd or geek it just means I get good grades and I could have a brilliant friendship and have less arguments and less problems to deal with than the popular girls.
  12. Do You Prefer To Take Bath's Or Shower's ?: I love having a bath but I am quite impatient when it comes to stuff like bathing so I can't be bothered to wait for the bath bomb or something so I just end having like a 2 minute bath and wasting all the water so more regularly I shower and I like challenging myself to figure out how fast I can shower. When I was younger I used to watch a TV programme or film with ad breaks when I knew I was going to shower and then try and shower in the length of the AD break.
  13. Would You Rather Not Be Able To Use Your Hands Or Not Be Able To Walk?: I think I would rather not be able to walk because then I could dance, run, skip and even gallop instead of walking. But If you couldn't use your hands it would be very difficult to go around everyday activities.
  14. If You Knew You Couldn't Fail What Would You Do?: I don't think I would revise I would just enjoy life more around the time of tests. I would also try loads of different things which some people fail at but because I never fail I could succeed in it.
  15. Are You A Clean Or Messy Person?: I am definitely a clean messy person. Basically I have organised mess in my bedroom but if it gets too messy I stress about it so I have to clean it and organise it properly. My dad is exactly the same. The other day my friend posted a picture of her bedroom and I was very tempted to drive over to her house and make sure she tidied it and organised properly with my help but instead I just told her of my erge.
  16. What Is One Of Your Favourite Words Or Phrases?: My favourite word for a long time was BUBBLE many now I am realising it is any Onomatopoeia word. e.g. Pop, Fizz, Squelch
  17. Are You An Indoor Or Outdoor Person?: I think I am an inside person in Summer and an Outdoor person in Winter. For majority of people it is the other way round but the sun gives me a headache so.
  18. Would You Rather Be The Smartest Moron Or Dumbest Genius?: Definitely the smartest moron because you would realise that you could change and not be a moron anymore and get new friends which aren't moron's and almost upgrade yourself.
  19. Do You Like To Dance Or Sing?: I love to dance, I take dance classes and it is basically my life. I also love to sing in the comfort of my own bedroom and in the car with my mom. Although, I really am not very god at all.
  20. If You Could Only Eat One Thing For The Rest Of Your Life, What Would It Be?: Pasta, I never get bored of it you can do anything with it you can make various different toppings I just thing it would be a very good thing to have.

These are a few of my favourite things...

I am so sorry if this blog post doesn't make any sense because I slept for less than 4 hours and I have been awake since 2:30am and now it is 5:34 am. I am ridiculously tired but I didn't want to disappoint.
Today I just thought I would let you know what I am loving at the moment. As it is near the end of the month and quite a few people are doing monthly favourites but I thought instead of minimising my choice of just a month's favourite I would do just a what I am loving. This is in no particular order so number 1 might not be more of a favourite than number 10, for example.
  1. Amuse Baby Wooly Sheep Giant Plush- Snowball White: I absolutely love this so much because it is really fluffy and soft and is just like hugging a cloud. Also it is SO cute and it is the nicest thing to cuddle up with when watching a film in Winter.
  2. Poteusa Loppy Bunny Field Giant Plush- Milk Tea Ear Groom: I love this as much as Wooly (the sheep plush). Except this one is much nicer in Summer because it is a very cooling fluff as in when you hug it, it is kinda cold. So I love Loppy during hot days and is very CUTE.
  3. Zoella Lets Spritz Body Mist: I use this product every single because I love this scent a lot and it seems to last all day. Also it does seem like it drips at first but then it dries immediately. I really like the quality of both the actual product and the bottle it comes in.
  4. Pretty Little Liars: My mum and I am literally obsessed!! We just finished season 6 and we have been catching up on all the seasons as we bought the boxset on DVD. Although, at the moment we don't have season 7 but I think my mum will hopefully sign up to Netflix so I can watch it! EEK
  5. Disney Tsum Tsum's: I have loved these for ages but extremely at the moment because they are just so adorable, soft and mini. Of course, they are Disney which DEFINITELELY adds extra cuteness.
  6. Ruby Ruth Dolls: I love this kinda small business because of the fact that they use recycled fabrics and have cute names and characteristics. Mine is called Enid and her characteristic: A Bit Of A Heartbreaker.
  7. Bourjois' Little Round Pot Nude Edition Eyeshadow- Generose 02: I use this kinda pink toned glittery crème powder type thing. Yes it is supposed to be used for eyeshadow but for my skin tone it makes a perfect Highlight, I am literally obsessed because it looks sooo beautiful.
  8. Textiles/ Sewing: Well I just love to make and sew items of clothing and random homewares.
  9. Disney Movies and Songs: I have recently started watching films that I either cannot remember or have never seen which are Disney. And when I am doing work or anything I am listening to Disney song playlists and trying to learn the words so I can sing-a-long at the top of my voice much to my families sadness.
  10. Maybelline Palette The Nudes: I absolutely love this palette and at the moment I am loving experimenting with all the different shades and I mean I don't have the most expensive and brilliant eyeshadow brushes which blend really well but I try with what I have. Yesterday I messed a round with a few really pretty shades and found a really nice way of doing my eyeshadow so I will definitely wear that more often.
  11. Nail Polish: I really like Painting my nails but I am quite a hands on person, which means it looks really nice for about 2 hours and then I give up on it because it chips and looks really messy so I just feel the need to clean it all off.
  12. Noodlerella, Zoella and The Sacconejoly's: I just am really enjoying there videos at the moment.
  13. Getting into bed at night: So I am actually getting excited in the evening to get comfy under my duvet and just be in my bed.
  14. Online Shopping: Sadly, I don't have a never ending amount of money so I do have to pick and choose carefully even though I do screen shot them and try to tell myself negative things about it.
  15. Getting rid of useless junk from my bedroom: I literally love this because when I have finished clearing out I feel very fresh and like I am gonna make somebody happy because it will be something someone can have  a love and enjoy more then I would/ will.

My Strange Anxiety

hello,
a few nights ago i went to bed like normal but woke up at 1:00 am. I woke up with a sudden panic that someone who wanted to kill me was outside my bedroom door. Weirdly, when i went to sleep my door was properly closed and then when i woke at 1 am the door was slightly open. So, literally shaking i made my way across my bedroom and closed my door careful not to make a sound or look out my door. For about 20 minutes i was having a minor panic attack. I had never had anything like this before so that didn't help if anything that made me even more panicky. I shouted (what i thought was loudly) for my mum and she didn't reply. This made me terrified that my mum was dead and had been killed. So my plan B was to phone the home phone so it would ring out. And if my mum answered it she was alive and would come and help me calm down and if she didn't answer she would be dead and I would probably pluck up the courage and go into her bedroom. Luckily for me, she answered the phone and I basically told her to come into my bedroom. When she came in she said to me if i wanted to come and sleep in her bed tonight because my dad was away for the night. Sadly, for me my mum likes to sleep with her door open so if someone did come they could enter silently. So i have this theory that no-one would break in to kill after 4:00am. So at 4:00am I decided to go to sleep and as I had school i had to wake up at 6 am. :(
So: if you have anything like this please comment below and we can try to help each other out.
I hope if you have any anxiety that you find a way to deal as long as it is safe.

take time foy you...

Hey x
Sorry I haven't posted in a long time it is just that I have been very busy during my weekends.
Today's post is about making time for your self.
It is very easy for anyone to concentrate on other people all the time and trying to make everything perfect for them including sorting plans out for them but sometimes you need to not be so involved in their lives and think about you. Maybe treat yourself to something or watch something that makes you feel happy and in a good mood. It is very easy to get dragged down by other people's responsibilities when you are "looking" after them.
So please, take as much time as you want to just relax and make yourself happy and sort yourselves out. On the other hand, don't be do involved in yourself because then people start to get annoyed with you because your not either listening to them or caring about them.
I learnt this in the summer holidays with my family because if I had tried this at school I would have been in so many arguments. I did get into arguments with my family but I would rather argue with them because they always forgive me, in the end.
So I hope you take this in to account and I will get back into the correct timing and be posting weekly again.
sorry for being late.

My Every Day Make Up

Hi
Today I am going to tell you what make up I wear in what order and hopefully the price of each item  as well.
  • Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation: Light Porcelain- £7.99
  • Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer- £4.19
  • Real Techniques Expert Face Brush- £9.99
  • Tanya Burr Perfect Brows: Pebble- £6.99
  • EcoTools Eye Enhancing Duo Brush Set- £6.99
  • Seventeen Define & Conquer Contour Kit: Light- £5.99
  • Bourjois Little Round Pot Nude Edition Eyeshadow: Generose 02- £5.99
  • Eco Tolls Precision Blush Brush- £7.99
  • Collection Gorgeus Glow Block: Blush- £2.99
  • Seventeen Powder & Blush Brush- £2.99
  • Maybelline Palette The Nudes- £7.99
  • EcoTools Eye Enhancing Duo Brush Set- £6.99
  • Dior DiorShow Mascara: 090 Pro Black- £25.50
  • Benefit They're Real Mascara: Black- £19.50
  • Natural Collection Sheer Natural LipStick: Autumn Sunset- £1.99
  • Collection Lasting Colour LipStick: Amethyst Shine- £2.99
  • Barry M Lipstick: 171- £?
  • Loreal Paris Colour Riche Exclusive Nudes: J Lo's nude- £6.99
  • Topshop LipStick: Innocent- £8
Now I am going to tell you how I apply each item to my face and why I have 2 masacra's and 5 lipstick's:
Normally I start by squirting some of my foundation onto my hand getting my expert face brush and applying a thin layer.
Then I get  my concealer and put some under my eye and covering up anything I don't want on show and to blend in I use the expert face brush.
Sometimes I do my cheeks but more of the time I do my eyebrows so I use the angled end of the EcoTools eye brush se and use the shade pebble in the area closet to the middle of my head and then the shade fairy cake as it is goes to the side of my head.
Then I do my cheeks, I use the dark (contour) part of my Define & Conquer kit because I prefer a non-matte highlighter.
My Highlighter is the Bourjois paris eyeshadow in Generose 02. This shade is basically a shimmery version of my skintone so it looks beautiful as a highlighter.
Then I brush my blush on in the gap between my highlighter and contour. I put it there bcause otherwise there is just a random gap of foundation and it looks really odd.
I will now move onto my eyes, using the Eco Tools eye brush I use the slightly lilacy slightly silvery shade all over my lid and then in the outer corners of my eye I put this gold orange type one
Now the mascara's: I bought a bag from House of Fraser for £9.99 and I got the Dior show mascara as a free gift. They're real mascara was given to me as a birthday gift. I must say that I prefer the DiorShow one but as it is running out and don't wan to have to spend my money on a new ne because of the price I am using my they're real one more often.
At the moment my favourite lipstick that I wear all the time is the Amethyst shine Collection one. This is just such a beautiful msh up of a red and a nude with a bit of a healthy shimmer. The j Lo loreal nude was one that I tried to buy for a few weeks but it was never available until about 2 weeks ago I love it soo much I haven't really worn it regularly but it is very matte so I suppose it will look really nice on a sunny day.
Don't get me wrong I love all the others but the Collection one is definitely my favourite.

Hope you enjoyed this make-up chat
comment beow what your favourite make-up item you have either seen and loved or own.

My Tooth Removal Experience

Hey
So, yesterday I had six teeth removed.
Before I get started I just want to say that the whole experience was very frightening but it was better for me (pain wise) to have them removed like this:
So I was sedated and I had a numbing paste put on parts of my gum where I was having that tooth removed.
Obviously I couldn't really feel this because I was sedated but it sure did taste nice.
After that I had an injection which was painful in some parts of my mouth as there either wasn't enough paste or the paste hadn't quite finished what it was numbing.
Some of the injections felt like when you have injection in your arm so not that painful but still a pain.
My dentist spent about 45 minutes to an hour working on the injection but once she had started trying to remove the teeth that only took her about 20 minutes to half an hour.
I had six teeth removed two at the bottom which don't have any adult teeth
two sets of two at the top which need to make space for others and their are adult teeth ready to push them out but weren't
The top teeth were really quick and easy to get out whereas the bottom ones were very painful and much harder as the one on the right side of my mouth was trapped/squashed in between the teeth next to it so she had to put all her strength into that tooth.
On the left bottom tooth she had to tug it quite a bit but it wasn't so hard to get out.

I would definitely recommend having your teeth out the way I did if you have enough money to because it is almost pain fee whereas the other method can cause a lot of pain.
After the procedure, I did feel very light headed and sick and exhausted so I slept all the way home.
Today, I had to swish hot salty water round my mouth which so far in the experience has got to be one of the worst bits because that bit was honestly DISGUSTING!!
Hope you have had a good day and our getting ready for the summer season
Hope to see you soon
Comment below if you have had the same experience or if you have any questions about it!

Getting rid of the negatives

Hi there
In the average humans lifetime everybody has something negative which they moan about, It could be anything
I know it is hard to forget the negatives in our lives
It is hard to move on from them
Even if you think you are over them it will always be there unless...
I always try to get rid off the negatives
We as people always linger and talk and moan about negative things in their life
So why not take a stand and get rid of them

Say their is always a person who you moan about or who really annoys you then just don't worry about them obviously if they are hurt or in danger tou should help but if they just want attention then dont give it to them or if they hang out with tou and a group of friends then just take a friend with you and stop hanging out with them

Or if their is a shop that you absolutely hate obviously you cannot get rid of a building but you can stop looking at it stop going anywhere near it and just ignore it

You will find if you clear away the negatives you will have room for positives in you mind

Hope this is helpful

Live Life Like A 6 Year Old

My friend an I have a little quote we like to think is the ideal way to live: Live Life Like  A 6 Year Old.
We live like this because if anything bad happens you just don't care and you move on. If you like somebody more than a friend then you do something about it.
It is also not embarrassing if you do a song and dance number in the supermarket food isle's, you know you want to do that.
I love the fact that 6 year olds do what ever they want with a no questions asked.
This quote actually works my friend and I have been trying to life by it for a while now and I feel like I have had more fun and more experience's then I did before. There are some negatives though because when your older then 6 you can't exactly do whatever you want but at times it is your decision to choose what you want to do.
Also, it is fine for 6 year olds to have mood swings but when your above the age of 8 it is completely ridiculous.
If you would like to live on this quote then join us by writing in the comments 'I am 6 year old'
please doing anything dangerous though...!
thanks

outfit confidence

Hey
Today I am going to ramble about feeling confident in outfits.
I definitely suffer from this,
I realised that it is important to feel confident about what your wearing.
I went shopping today with a really good friend and I bought this top from Primark which is basically a crotched top which ties round the neck and ties round the waist.
It is white and cost £8
It is a crop top and I am not confident wearing crop tops especially if they show my stomach
But this time I bought it and I love it the shade of white makes me looked tanned which is weird because I am very pale.
My only problem is is that it doesn't fit me perfectly but oh well because I need to do buy a sport bra type of bra which is a off white kind of colour. I could wear it with a bikini top underneath as well.
It is very short but with a pair of high waisted shorts it would look really nice.
A t the moment I am not happy happy with my legs but hopefully I will be soon because I am doing something about it instead of just moaning and feeling unhappy about them everyday. If you would like to know what I do then comment below.
I would love to wear this top in town or something but I don't know if my dad will let me because my mum was happy with the idea of shorts and a white bra but my dad was adamant that I only wear it over a bikini
LOL
thanks for reading today
I hope you learn to accept your body and if your not happy with it then change it if you can because change can be better then feeling miserable about the negatives in life because you can change a negative to a positive.

I have noticed something about me...

Hey
I just wanted to tell you about something that I have noticed recently with me.
I hurt my toe a few days ago and because I have been struggling with it my friends and family have been offering help. This is very nice and kind of them to do so but I am a very independent person so any kind of help annoys me.
I kind of know why I don't like help but I think it is mostly because I much prefer doing everything by myself. I am quite hands on anyway. If I am struggling with something I am more likely to try and figure it out myself than ask for help especially if it is german homework because my mum doesn't shut up when trying to explain to me about one word, my dad is the same with maths or science.
Do you have anything like this that you hate but you feel you shouldn't?
Do you feel the same way about help or am I just weirdly individual?
Thank you

The toe situation

Hey everyone
Yesterday at school, like everyday, my friend and me went to the dance studio to practice for a dance assessment. So it was going really really well we remembered it all and are ideas linked. I taught her a couple of moves and she taught me some. We had a little break where we just messed around do some different moves. So, my friend did this break dance move where you swing your leg in a crouch and jump over it and then she landed it in a cool position. I said "oh, i can do the leg swingy thing!" Then my friend said "cool". I showed her the leg swing thing and then she daid land it how i did. So I did!
I just hear this crunch and I suddenly gelt an agonising pain in my big toe on my left foot. So i just sat on the floor for a few minutes. My friend and I just laughed.
As i had science in the next lesson which is three flights of stairs up i just left lunch early so i would have time. My friend went and got me an ice pack which i put round my foot then put my hairtie round to secure it.
At the end of the day i was supposed to have dance so instead i sat and watched then left early. I had ice on my toe all evening because it helped with the pain. It is now the next morning and i am sitting in bed with evenmore ice on my toe eating breakfast and i am soon going to go to the hospital to get it checked out.
I really hope i am going to be ok because i have a dance competition in 6 weeks and in 7 weeks I have a dance show.
My results from the hospital are: i have fractured the bone so i have to have crutches and a bandage that barely fits into the biggest shoes I have!!

Thanks for liking what i write
Hope you are having a better Friday then me

Hey everyone

I am starting this blogging account with letting you guys know something about me.
I am a girl
I live in England
I believe in the quote "just say yes..." I guess that tells you I like Zoella
Likes: dance, friends, guinea pigs (I have two) and Disney
Dislikes; mayonnaise, waking up at 6am every morning, CATS and un-organisation.
At the moment I am trying to not eat anything sweet but as I just ate a cupcake I am obviously not doing very well at it.
Hope you all had a lovely Easter I had to admit I barely did anything all holiday.
